Windshield & Vehicle Glass
Products
Installation Work:
Installation of windshields or vehicle
glass products (except movable parts, sunroofs, and rear sliders) is guaranteed
for as long as you own or lease your vehicle, except where damage occurs due to
vandalism, accidents, impacts with foreign objects, theft, acts of God,
self-inflicted damage, or leakage due to rust or body deterioration. If rust is evident at the time Act Fast Auto
Glass performs an installation, Act Fast Auto Glass cannot fully warrant the
installation or vehicle glass product. Please see our documentation stating Act Fast
Auto Glass? limited warranty policy that is based upon the rust level.
Product Warranty:
Windshields and vehicle glass products
(except movable parts, sunroofs, and rear sliders) are guaranteed for one year
against pressure cracks and distortion. The manufacturer's warranty is subject to a
visual inspection by Act Fast Auto Glass to verify validity of claim. Act Fast Auto Glass does not warrant or
otherwise guarantee the installation of used parts, or the installation of parts
not supplied by Act Fast Auto Glass. OEM
parts obtained from a dealer at your request, or due to product availability,
are not warranted by Act Fast Auto Glass against defects, but may be warranted
by the dealer that the part(s) was purchased from. Upon request, Act Fast Auto Glass will supply a copy of the
purchase receipt so you may inquire with
the dealer regarding a possible warranty claim.
Windshield Repair
Windshield repair work is guaranteed for as long as you own
or lease your vehicle. If the portion of
the windshield that was originally damaged and repaired by Act Fast Auto Glass cracks
in the same place, Act Fast Auto Glass will credit the amount of the original
repair against the windshield replacement cost, provided that the windshield replacement
work is performed by Act Fast Auto Glass. If the vehicle is insured by a comprehensive
insurance policy, you must pay the deductible portion of the policy. There is a chance that a chip or crack may
become larger due to pressure that must be applied during the repair process,
and you assume that risk when authorizing Act Fast Auto Glass to perform the
repair. If this occurs, Act Fast Auto
Glass will not charge you for the repair.
However, Act Fast Auto Glass shall not be responsible for the cost of
the windshield replacement.
Windshield Wipers
Windshield wipers are guaranteed for thirty (30) days from
the date of installation against any manufacturer defects, when the windshield
wipers are supplied and installed by Act Fast Auto Glass.
Movable Parts, Sunroofs & Rear
Sliders
Installation Work:
Installation of movable parts, sunroofs
and rear sliders is guaranteed for one year from the date of installation,
except where damage occurs due to vandalism, accidents, impacts with foreign
objects, theft, acts of God, self-inflicted damage, or leakage due to rust
and/or body deterioration.
Product Warranty:
For movable parts, sunroofs, and rear
sliders installed by Act fast Auto Glass, the original manufacturer's warranty
(including any restrictions and guidelines applicable to the warranty) shall
apply to all defects in material and workmanship that would render the product
unfit for its normal and recommended use and service, except damage due to
vandalism, accidents, impacts with foreign objects, theft, acts of God, self-inflicted
damage, or leakage due to rust and/or body deterioration. The manufacturer's warranty is subject to a
visual inspection by Act Fast Auto Glass to verify validity of claim. OEM parts obtained from a dealer at your
request, or due to product availability, are not warranted by Act Fast Auto
Glass against defects, but may be warranted by the dealer that the part(s) was

Installation of Motorhome windshields is
guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of installation, except where
damage occurs due to vandalism, accidents, impacts with foreign objects, theft,
acts of God, self-inflicted damage, or leakage due to rust and/or body
deterioration. If rust is evident at the
time of installation by Act Fast Auto Glass, we cannot fully warrant the
installation or the glass product. Please see our documentation stating our
limited warranty policy that is based upon the rust level.
Product Warranty:
Motorhome windshields have no warranty
against pressure cracks or distortion. Act
Fast Auto Glass does not warrant or otherwise guarantee the installation of

Policies & Guidelines Applicable
to All Warranties
All warranties provided by Act Fast Auto Glass are
non-transferable. Any and all warranty
claims must be presented to, and authorized by, an Act Fast Auto Glass
representative prior to any work related to a warranty claim being
performed. The warranties described
herein are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but
not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. The remedies set
forth in the warranties described herein shall be the exclusive remedies
available to any person. Act Fast Auto
Glass shall under no circumstances be liable to any person for incidental or
consequential damages of any kind. No
person has any authority to alter this warranty.
Vehicle owner responsibility: The vehicle owner must provide evidence of
the installation and/or repair performed by Act Fast Auto Glass, such as the
original invoice. The vehicle owner must
also promptly contact Act Fast Auto Glass as soon as any issue with a repair
and/or installation arises. Failure to
contact Act Fast Auto Glass promptly upon discovery of any such issue may void
the installation and product warranties described herein.

The two men who came and performed the job were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable during the entire process. Removal, replacement, and clean-up were all accomplished within about 30 minutes.

The Windshield was flawless and actually better than before, turns out my old windshield had warps in the glass which made my wipers not contact properly. Highly recommend Act Fast.
